Me gustaría retomar un poco esta asignatura empezando por su nombre, denominándola INTEGRATING MATTERS 

¿Por qué integrating matters?

- Porque podríamos utilizar este término como multiasignatura, ya que ésta engloba muchos temas y materias.

- También es un verbo que significa 'importar', lo cual es crucial para esta asignatura tan IMPORTANTE.

 - Because we might use this term as multisubject, since this one includes many topics and matters.

la legendaria historia del Rey Arturo

El poema nos habla del presente y el futuro, pero que hable sobre el pasado. El que habla en el poema podría ser el mago Merlín y nos habla del rey Arturo. El tema estaría entre la vejez y la muerte, el título del poema nos da una pista del tema: eros-ionado. El paso del tiempo nos erosiona, nos afecta y nosotros envejecemos con él. 

Ávalon es el nombre de una isla legendaria de la mitología celta en algún lugar de las islas Británicas donde, según la leyenda, La espada de Arturo fue forjada y donde se recuperó de sus heridas. Habitan nueve reinas hadas, como Morgana.

 El Santo Grial es la copa usada por Jesucristo en la Última Cena. La búsqueda del Santo Grial es un importante elemento en las historias relacionadas con el Rey Arturo.

 Sir Mordred es un personaje de la mitología celta, hijo incestuoso del Rey Arturo y Morgause, conocido por haber sido asesinado por el Rey Arturo. Aunque su relación con Arturo depende la leyenda, la más conocida es la de ser su hijo ilegítimo nunca aceptado.

The poem speaks to us about the present and the future, but that speaks on the past. The one that speaks in the poem might be the magician Merlín and he speaks to us about the king Arturo. El chessboxing o ajedrez boxeo, es un deporte que combina el ajedrez y el boxeo. Se empezó a practicar en 2003

Un encuentro entre 2 oponentes consiste en 11 rondas en las que se van alternando el boxeo y el ajedrez, empezando con 4 minutos de ajedrez y seguido por 3 minutos de boxeo. Entre cada round hay una pausa de un minuto en el cual los competidores cambian su vestimenta. 
La modalidad de ajedrez es la blitz, en las que los competidores disponen de 12 minutos. Pueden ganar por jaque mate, KO o una decisión tomada por los jueces cuando el tiempo se ha terminado. Los guantes deben de ser de color rojo o negro. Un draw es un empate de ajedrez que es seguido por una ronda de boxeo. Por tanto, el combate chessboxing lo ganará quien haya acumulado más puntos en boxeo.
En mi opinión, este deporte contradice a toda esa gente que piensa que porque estés fuerte no puedes ser listo, o viceversa, y eso me gusta, aquí se demuestra el el físico y la mente están totalmente compenetrados y forman un gran bucle que mucha gente desconoce.

tu mejor compañera

En mi descanso de estudio me gustaría transmitir una de las mejores cosas que puedes existir en esta vida, la musica, una cultura, una forma de vida, un rasgo capaz de definir a una persona con unas simples palabras bien recitadas o unas notas de musica. ¿Con qué tipo de musica de definirias tú? A mi me gustan todos los tipos de musica, algunos mas que otros, pero conozco un poco de todo.

Ademas, la musica es una herramienta muy diversa, puedes usarla para estudiar, para concentrarte antes de una competicion, para relajarte antes de irte a dormir, para cantar bajo la ducha... y asi podria hacer una larga lista de cosas que podrias hacer en la vida cotidiana mientras escuchas tu cancion favorita.

El río Okavango es un largo río africano, que nace en Angola, en una zona bastante lluviosa, y que después de un largo recorrido penetra en una cuenca, ya en Botsuana, donde ha formado una extensa región aluvional impropiamente denominada y conocida en todo el mundo como el delta del Okavango. Es un rio alóctono ya que desemboca en una zona con un clima muy árido, es decir,que proviene de fuera del espacio geográfico del que se habla.

Su recorrido esta lleno de curvas y no es recto como el de la mayoría de los ríos.

La mejor época para visitar el delta depende de lo que se quiera observar. Si lo que se busca son animales grandes, el mejor periodo es entre mayo y octubre, cuando las aguas bajan y aquellos se concentran alrededor del agua. Si lo que se quiere ver son aves y una vegetación exuberante, la mejor época es entre noviembre y abril, la época de las lluvias.
